RC Breeding Program




Redford Connection It is with great regret that “RC” was euthanized in the fall of 2006 due to complications of rhino. He was not here long but became a barnyard favorite. His disposition was second to none.
Redford Connection, a 1994 AQHA Blue Roan Stallion, came to RC Performance Horses in the spring of 2006. We had looked a long time for a quality blue roan stallion prospect and after a lot of looking found “RC” to fit the bill. Due to an injury as a 2 yr. old “RC” had a short show career, but has gone on to sire colts with size, disposition, versatility, and color. RC was sired by the Big Connection, a blue roan. His dam, a granddaughter of Robert Redford, was a red roan. He had 5 generations of roan ancestors top & bottom. He had a nice combination of performance and halter horses in his pedigree.

Redfords Stagebird -- Pedigree After much consideration we have decided to not stand a stallion. We are downsizing our broodmare band and may breed for a few select colts. Blu will be gelded and be enjoyed as a family horse to ride.

NN Tea For Tin Pedigree Own daughter of Tin Man and out of a Sonny Goes Lucky mare. Has ROM’s and numerous other APHA points. Throws colts that have size and fantastic dispositions. Lilbitovit Pedigree “Squeak” is a twin. Produces colts with style and athletic ability. Doc’s Hickory and Peppy San bloodlines. Open for 2010.

Bravo Cowgirl Pedigree Produces colts that have great dispositions along with muscle definition. Bloodlines include Two Eyed Fox and The Ole Man. She is bred to our blue roan stallion Redfords Stagebird for 2010. Pictured below 2010 red roan filly by "Blu".


Hey Pretty Lady Pedigree Jockey Club mare with track earnings that goes back to Relaunch a Tune (JC). Producing colts with super dispositions and a great way of moving. Bred to our blue roan stallion Redfords Stagebird for 2010.
